HEALTH GUARANTEE

Our goal is to produce quality, healthy American Bully puppies for people to enjoy for a long time in their lives. I don’t believe your home pup is replaceable, but I do believe that sometimes the loss of a four-legged family friend can be alleviated by the addition of a new one.

In the unfortunate event that your pup needs to be put down within the first two years of life due to genetics, or is found to have congenital or inherited conditions that negatively affect the health of your puppy, I will replace your puppy with your choice of a puppy from one of my female/male combinations.

The cause of death or condition will need to be certified and recorded by a licensed veterinarian. In the event that the puppy is not dead and there is a problem, you may be asked to submit x-rays or have the condition checked with a second opinion.

In the event that the condition or death is due to genetics and occurs after the puppy has reached 2 years of age, I will give you a credit of 50% of your purchase price for the purchase costs of a new puppy from one of my female/male combinations. The cause of death or condition will need to be certified by a licensed veterinarian and you may be asked to have a second opinion or submit x-rays taken to diagnose the condition.

I cannot guarantee that your puppy will never become ill or need more than routine veterinary care, and this guarantee does not cover reimbursement of veterinary bills associated with that puppy.

What I need from you:

Nothing would make me happier than knowing that I have helped bring a happy, healthy puppy to your family.
To help ensure this, I will have a veterinarian examine your puppy no more than a week before the date you take possession of your puppy, and I request that your vet examine your puppy no more than 5 days after receiving your puppy.

Your pup will come with all the vaccines and dewormers appropriate for his age, but he may still need more to be fully vaccinated.
I will send you a copy of all vaccines and dewormers your puppy has received along with your puppy, along with the recommended date for the next round of vaccines and dewormers. After that, you and your veterinarian should determine what vaccinations and care your pup should receive.

Exceptions to the Guarantee:

I cannot guarantee the disposition or temperament, conformation, size, weight, color or breeding ability of your new puppy.

I cannot substitute your pup for hip or elbow dyspepsia if your pup is overweight and/or you cannot produce a history of joint vitamin supplements and you have maintained an appropriate diet consisting of high quality food. All feed changes must be approved for your health guarantee to be supported by the breeder.

In the event your pup is diagnosed with hip or elbow dyspepsia, the breeder will require x-rays and a second opinion from a veterinarian of the breeder’s choice.

I cannot replace your puppy if routine medical care has not been maintained for your Puppy. This includes all vaccines, deworming, heartworm prevention, and flea and tick prevention. You should have your puppy seen by your veterinarian annually and maintain all vaccinations and preventive care recommended by your veterinarian.

This warranty does not include costs associated with neutering and neutering this puppy, including that of the U UN-descended testicles.

Failure to receive adequate and regular veterinary care will void this warranty.
